• Approval Review: Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by the founder of the Guild.

• Successful Application: If approved, you’ll receive an email confirming your success.

• Access to Members Portal: After purchasing, you’ll gain access to our private members portal

• Onboarding Course: Inside the portal, you’ll find a link to our onboarding course,

• Free Membership Month: Enjoy one month of free membership to get everything in place without any rush.

• Shop Opening: Once you’re ready, we’ll open your shop for you! Initially, your products will need admin

• As soon as we're sure you’ve found you feet, and got the hang of things, we'll hand over the keys and the shop is all yours!

How to become Verified

At the Silk Purse Guild, we've got an on-site photographer who's an absolute wizard when it comes to product photography. He’s there to help ensure all your product images are top-notch. Here’s the best bit – he keeps an eye out for sellers who are consistently producing high-quality images and ticking all the right boxes. When your shop meets the following criteria, you will be invited to become a Verified Member of the Guild -

High quality, in-focus images
Up to 4 product images that are all completely different
A mix of close-up images and lifestyle shots

The attribute you wish to use - examples - colour, size, shape, framed
A product image for each of the variations you want to offer
The stock quantity of each of the different variations - example 5 RED, 4 BLUE 1 GREEN

There are a few reasons why you can get stuck in a pending state, having to wait up to 5 working days for

Product Titles are too long (4/5 words MAX)
Product Titles that include colours, sizes or dimensions
Incorrect or mismatched FONT - We use LATO size 12 exclusively
Excessive spelling or grammar errors
WRITING IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS
Product images not meeting the criteria
Failure to assign a shipping class to your listing
Failure to enable the Product Stock Management
Titles that contain charaters other than text, for example '''""",,,..._----
