How do I give my Customer a Receipt?

Let's issue a Customer Receipt

Everything to do with payments is handled by Stripe, which you can access in your own Stripe Account.

If you need to issue your customer with a receipt, simply log in to your Stripe Account and open the PAYMENTS MENU


Once inside, locate the order in question from the list

To issue a receipt to the customer, open the ACTIONS MENU, by clicking the 3 dots. Then click RECEIPT

The Silk Purse Guild always issues your customers with an INVOICE for their order. This is what it looks like, and it is sent to them by email.
